Last night, round about 6.00pm, I had to contact technical support for a friend who had installed ntl broadband yesterday.
My friend was unable to get his Outlook Express working.
Shaun at tech support was fantastic, he sorted out the problem very quickly and he was extremely patient and polite.
He also finished our contact by wishing us a very happy weekend.
So, if Shaun, or anyone who knows him, comes on to this forum and sees this I would like him to know how much his help and personality was appreciated.
