Yes.

Upload rates are as previously mentioned:-

1MB = 100K
2MB = 200K
3MB = 300K

1 mb is 1 mega-bit not 1 mega-byte ;)

Not that bad really, I get 400k on an 8Meg service, makes Ntl's 1Mb upload look great (as a ratio);)
