anyone help i had the 200 ntl silver modem it ran the net ok it broke so i rank NTL and they sent engineer out he put in the 250 and my internet has go slower reebooted modem even installed broadband medic any help would be great

Sounds like you have a signal level issue, check it out and get NTL in if neccesary.

before i had a antenuators on the 200 modem the guy said i dont need it no more might be that i guess
