hi im going through an ADSL Tiscali connection and i cant seem to access any ntl site: url, ip or pop server. Tried pinging and nothing.
any ideas people?

Not much help directly but they are up and running today, I can hit ntlworld and ntlhome without any problems on all the leicester proxies.
Try specifying an ntl proxie ;)
