Last weekend, i.e. the whole three days, I didn't have any BB. When I eventually got thru to TS after a 20 min. wait, all they did was to book me an engineer for Tuesday. So I had to take half a day off work and guess what? The BB was working when I booted up the PC. The engineer was here for about 5 minutes and then left.
All was OK for the rest of the week but guess what?? The BB is down again!!!!!!!!! Surprise,surprise. And again the TS has booked me an engineer for next Saturday cos I can't take any more days off.
The response time is diabolical and the TS have no idea what is wrong or even understand, as I was talking to someone in India
I am sorry I ever heard of NTL and their £9.99 a month deal
I don't suppose I can do anything until Saturday now?
Just in case you have been wondering, I am on dial up paying per minute. Cr_p!!!!!!
NTL's service is the worst I have ever encountered. And of-course I can't just cancel the sub. as they will probably charge me for the rest of the balance!!!
