So,i was off to my first job,Done the x-conn the cab.Pulled up to the door & rang the bell.
"Hello,i'm from NTL,Here to install your services."I said..... http://forums.ntlhell.co.uk/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif
"But we'ev already got NTL,Had it for years!" She said..... Download Failed (1)
"Is this No.**, ******* ********? "I ask.......
"Yes," She replies......
"Are you Mrs.*******?" I ask.......
"no." She said....... Download Failed (1)
So off i toddles to my van after muttering appologies for getting her out of bed......
Rings workforce...........
"Yup! Thats the right adress,Have you tried the contact number?"Said workforce..... Download Failed (1)
"Do that now,"I replied...... Download Failed (1)
Ring ring,ring ring....Goes the phone.....No answer......
So somewhere,someone is sitting at home or not,waiting for NTL to turn up or not.... Download Failed (1) Download Failed (1)

You have to wonder at what point NTL is going to realise that this sort of thing wouldn't happen if a second member of staff double checked all pertinent details prior to commiting a crew to a job like this. Mistakes happen but human error can be taken out of the equation if information is double checked properly.
Never mind Spike, at least you didn't end up sitting outside the house waiting for ages just to find out it wasn't the correct address.

house moves are a nightmare whats gone wrong its been happening for ages is nobody aware of the problem.
