View Full Version : Need help - Incorrect speed

Hi,

I have just had NTL broadband (blue modem) installed and im having problems with the speed.

I ordered 3mb, but they have only gave me 1mb (checked the modem page and done speed tests).

I have tried ringing up NTL customer support (4th time :mad: :mad: :mad: ), but they keep saying they have sorted it and to wait 2-5 hours.

I have also tried upgrading the speed using the NTL web site, but im still on 1mb. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:


Any help would be appreciated :( :(

Have you tried powering the modem off, leaving it a few seconds, and then powering it up again ?
