Since I got my STB swapped, it's been causing frequent loss of connections for my broadband internet, and cable TV, and changing it's channel line-up for no apparent reason. I had my original Pace box changed for a Samsung, after I registered it to be changed due to the broadband upgrade. However, they forgot to bring a Samsung with them, and changed it to another PACE. I wish they had left it alone, because this replacement box has been causing no end of problems. They then downgraded my package to 1MB £17.99 per month, when I had wanted to remain on the 2MB £24.99 package.
I am a bit :mad: at the moment. Yes I know, call them and sort it out... I would, but I can't because my phone line is now dead .. :rolleyes:

P.S. I never did get my promised Samsung, despite several lost afternoons from work eating into my holiday allowance.
