Help - new install

Hi,

I have TV/Phone/BB via STB installed on monday but cannot complete setup. Fails on renewing IP address, tried using via the usb connector provided and also via ethernet card - same thing on both. Twice called tech support who went through varoius things, reinstalling tcp-ip etc but still no joy. Then tech support advised that I need to have tcp-ip stack removed and reinstalled, I'm using Windows XP and 1mb bb (if I could get it to work!)

When it does pick up an IP address it starts with 169 - can anyone help???
