There's no 'cheap or expensive' numbers for Customer Services, it's 0800 052 2000.

Although why this is in BB discussion has kinda perplexed me....

There's no CS for broadband, you mean technical support :)

Clue - one department will know about internet faults, the other will just panic and transfer you to all kinds of odd locations... ;) :D

So who's gonna be the first to get the TS number.... :)

You could also dial 150 from your NTL phone.

Clue: never ever call Customer Services when you have a problem with your internet connection ;)

i always dial 151 (for me, and works fine) goes through to cs (same as 0800 052 2000 service).
