I am on the TPS, are they breaching the TPS register?

read a post from peter on VBB's forums and rang rententions to opt-out. Glad wasnt too hard as was getting way too much.

Not if you're a customer I think. Companies need to be able to contact their customers.

Me neither, but then I may have opted-out. (If I did it was so long ago I don't remember!)

I've had - and still get the odd call from VM - usually offering all services. They are usually surprised when I say yes then after checking realise I can't get cable. I've never been able to get myself removed from the calls though.

I didnt used to get any then all of a sudden the past month or so I am getting a ton.

The ones I have answered its either upgrade broadband for free or trying to get me onto virgin mobile.
