Hi

I'm thinking of upgrading to the XL package for my landline (I don't have a Virgin mobile) and see that prices start from £3.40 per month.

From £3.40 seems to suggest that there are possibly more costs involved and that £3.40 is just the starting point, but I cannot find any more information on VM's website. I do understand that there are certain numbers which will always have to be paid for though.

All I want is free 24/7 calls from my landline. If anyone can advise me further then I shall be very grateful.

Thank you.

David

Assuming you already have a Virgin Media landline, XL costs £8 more.

Virgin Media website has the following page:

Thanks for your reply.

What you say is a lot different from what is shown under "My Offers" when I log into my account. See here:

Any clues, anyone?

David

P.S. OK, £4.60 which I am currently paying for free evenings/weekend plus the upgrade offer of £3.40 = £8.00 which is what I would pay for unlimited calls if I was a new customer, so that explains it all. Sorry for the confusion!
