View Full Version : Virgin Media 150 free to call on Virgin Mobile
The free customers services number on Virgin Landlines (150) can now also be called from a Virgin Mobile phone, so customers can report faults without using the 0845 number. Also the use of Virgin mobile customer services number (789) is now free to use.

Posters on the community forum have confirmed this service is now working.

I don't have Virgin Mobile so maybe guys here can add to that?
P.S. Should this be in Mobile forum?
Posted on this forum as people with landline faults are most likely to need this info.
Have two Virgin Mobiles in the family, both getting through to 150 OK.

Yes, makes sense (thinking about it).
Was thinking about rest of message - 789 is now free (as well).
Been changed on Virgin Mobile's website, so should be live:
"If you're a customer already call 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone, or 0845 6000 789 from a landline.
If you'd like to become a customer or if you need help choosing a phone or accessory just call 0845 650 4500.
Calls to 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone are absolutely free and if you'd like to speak to one of our team, that's free too!"
