Hi,
We are hoping to be moving house at the end of June, and would like to take our VM services with us.
The street we moving to has Virgin Media, but the house we are moving into is not connected to VM, no brown box etc..., VM postcode say yes :D.
Anyway I have some questions
1. As the house doesn't have VM, will they lay the cable from the Green box to the tee in the pavement before, they send out a tech to connect the TV, Net and Phone?
2. The house we are moving to has a block paved drive, but has grass next to it, so I presume they will put the cable under the grass to the house?
3. When they do come to connect the TV, Phone and net up, can we let the tech, know where to want the VM boxes on the wall (inside)?
4. I presume the phone number we got now, will be the same at the new house, same town and both in LN6?
