I have just taken my additional Virgin phone line to a new provider, and I am transferring my Virgin cable number. BT line was reinstalled today, and if I ring out from it the caller ID gives the correct (transferred) number. However I am not yet receiving incoming calls (caller hears the ring tone, but my phone doesn't ring).
How long does it normally take for incoming calls to be activated when transferring?
