8 downstream? Where are you located?
He is on 60Mb as well hence the extra downstreams, this is where the VMNG300 finally meets its match.;)

It's the first time i've seen all 8 active, even all the 100Mb people i've seen have only been on 4.

I wish they'd focus on upstreams first the useless gits!

I've had 8 for a few months now (Aylesbury) . Still one up.

Well its coming your way and once 8 channels are the norm any VMNG300 will struggle as it does exactly what it says on the config pages just uses 4 channels.

As per below.

Eyup! Which UBR are you connected to? heck-06? :)

I'm from Dewsbury, just a tad few miles away from you! :) and I'm still on 4 DS channels... and absolute poor latency lately.

seeing as the config will be set to 8 channels and the VMNG will connect to 4, it will NOT do as the config says ;)

providing area utilisation isnt too high, the VMNG will SPANK the superhub for performance

Doubtful as it will wheeze as above and slowly die as it performance goes down a bit like that famous ship from a hundred years it will go down with the orchestra still playing.;)

Same as mine, how are your speeds been lately? Cos I haven't seen 30Mb for about a week, just seen it fluctuate between 28 and below!

Hmm... mine's gone back up to full speed again since I've managed to lock on to a different upstream channel which doesn't have heavy utilisation. Wireless speedtests are still crap though because the SH wireless is obviously the best we can get.

I am in Batley (near hospital so closer to Dewsbury) I am on 30 MB and I get 5 channels.
