Hello,
I am 30MB user with "Not So Super Hub".
I have recently had an engineer visit due to very bad connection and constant drops. I had very low downstreem power levels, engineer fixed it.
But I am still having problems at evening times (And sometimes in the morning & afternoons aswell).
Internet get miserably slow, opening pages takes ages. Speedtest shows 0.2-1 mbps. ping 100ms-800ms
pinging google or bbc gives results in the range of 400ms to 1500ms.
tracert shows that most of the happen within virgin network.
