Upload speed

We just had 100meg installed today having gone up from 50meg.
The upload speed is only 4.7meg, same as we got on 50meg but the download speed is fine at about 96meg.

Is there a reason for the slow upload speed as i thought that it shoule be about 10meg.

You'll get 10meg when your area is given the speed doubling upgrade. youve basically been given it early, hence why its not all been done, just the bit that wont utterly break the network.
