100mb super hub nightmare

can someone please help me virgin media clue less giganews sending me round the bend.I have just had this fitted hub and like most it playing up...

I use giganews vpn ipsec and basically i cannot get connected to it it was working before the hub was fitted i dont want to just turn it to modem as my kids use wireless service can anyone solve this problem for me so it will pass through superhub.

theres an ipsec setting in the firewall (advanced settings of the hub)

if you use wireless what was you using for it before the shub? If you have got an old router you was happily using before I can guarantee it will out perform the shub so bang it into modem mode and get the old router connected again.
