hi all

i have post as well at VM forums but reply is slow there

i just upgraded from XL 30 to XXL 100

the lady over the phone was nice and while on the phone speed change instantly with out rebooting my superhub

i asked for 100mb with 10 mb Upload speed but she told me they only offer XXL 100 mb which has 100mb Upload and is the same as 100mb with 10 mb UL speed

i done later some speed test and was getting over 100mb at various testers but only 5 mb upload speed
one is here

The upload speed for XXL 100Mb will be 10Mb when your area has been upgraded. Its this fair usage chart...

false reading.... the 100mb service is only provisioned for 10.24mb upstream, minus overheads you arent going to get much more than 9.7ish
