I spoke to customer services tonight and they agreed to upgrade my 50 meg bb to the new 100 meg (double your speed).
However, I have since tested the speed a number of times and although I have broken to 50 meg barrier that I never did before, I seem to mostly get below the 50 meg mark and in fact my speeds are fluctuating quite badly.

I have also done a few ping tests and the quality of my BB has gone down :erm: I was on A last week and now I am on B- and to top it all of it is failing the packet test consistently, well sods law the one I do to post here succeeds :dozey:

What can I do with the superhub etc to give me a more stable, consistant and optimum connection? I am using a high spec Mac book pro

Just tested again using Milton Keynes from the ping test for a better comparison and I get this.

Surly I should be nearer 100 meg?
