Im on 30 and wanted to upgrade to 50 so when it doubles ill be on 100

BUT!!! When i go on the website it says we are doubling you to 60 so Upgrade to 100 now...

Problem is my area isnt getting upgraded until 2013

Have they stopped selling the 50 product and fobbing everyone off that because im now going to 60 that 100 is the only logical upgrade i can buy.

if so that is BS.... Or will i get a 50 if i call them??

pretty annoying.

Web page just times out when you click upgrade online...

I think it is 60 or 100 now. I am sure Ben said 50 doesnt exist anymore as far as upgrades go and will vanish completely as all 50s are moved up to 100. They have probably done it because they realised what people were doing. Going from 30mbit to 100 is a massive speed jump for a few extra £££ per month.

I rcently upgraded from L (10Mb) to XL 30Mb, however, I was told it would be 60Mb. To be honest I wasn't too sure that was correct, but, as confirmed by a posting from Ben somewhere in these forums, even if your area isn't due for the double-speed upgrade yet, you do now get the higher speed - 60Mb in my case :)

However, they don't double the up-steam yet, mine is 3Mb (what I would have got for old 30Mb download package), will get 6Mb when my area is done later in year.

Of course it took 3 phone calls to get billing right and you have to specify that you want the Spotify trial - I believe this offer ends 31 March.

Got a loyalty discount valid for 24 months, so overall quite happy
