Hi
I do hope the people responsible for cutting off the VM telephones in East Brighton realise the elderly and frail are connected to their emergency services via the telephone.

It’s back on now. Last two days had been on off. Trouble is the old peoples Panic buttons etc are all linked up via the telephone.

Trouble is the old peoples Panic buttons etc are all linked up via the telephone.Unfortunately major faults can happen with any telephone provider

I'm sure VM are aware of all the needs of everyone and make sure that all faults that effect everyone are dealt with a matter of urgency, so don't really know why you have made it more dramatic by stating that???
