I just canceled my Virginmedia services due to price increase. They were good to be fair and offered some good deals like 10Mb standalone for under £15.

But they did tell a few porkies EG- Your ADSL line will only hit 2Mb although it currently running between 11-14Mb. Also told me I down load 150Gb a month...I think I would notice 5Gb a day.

But overall the guy was pretty cool he tried his best but unless they con offer 11Mb+ unlimited free for 12 months(the deal sky have gave me) it was never going to workout for him.

So there ya go, I feel we left on good terms and I can always return in 18months when my area gets the speed lift.

A drop from 50Mb to 11Mb is something I'm going to have to suck up but I already use it as my dedicated gaming line so I know it reliable. But I'm saving £37.50 a month or £450 a year.

Look out for New to Sky coming soon lol.

Hah, and not brag about the sheer superiority of my BT Infinity connection on a daily basis?

Not likely! :D

In fact I might even be here more simply as a result of my broadband working better :dunce:

Tell you the truth I'm waiting to see how VM conduct themselves with my upgrade due in April-July. If things don't improve all round I'm off. Infinity speeds on offer are pretty high, the exchange isn't far away, the local cab is down the road.

Dude I know you state you have dyslexia but I think you will find typing slower and a single proof read before posting your replies will make a massive difference.

Your spelling is not actually that bad you place letters and spaces incorrectly I suspect mostly due to typing to fast. I think type slower and proof read through once you'll see a 70% improvement in your posts.:D

I think using a spellchecker would see a 100% improvement.
