Hi i have the above, an engineer is booked for tomorrow, i have read that the engineer can fit an attenuator, anybody know where this is fitted :confused:

Update. The engineer lowered the power settings from the tap, so no attenuator sicking out of the SH :)

Engineers aren't call centre staff.

Though my opinion on VM call centre staff are another matter entirely.
