Why don't the Instalation guys check the power levels before they leave, it would save everybody a lot of time.

They're supposed to, they just fail at their job sometimes.

To many times they do not check the levels and if on the day the engineer should be sent back to sort it, spoils his day but it is his own fault.

The engineer was in to much of a rush to leave, it was 16.30 when he completed our installation and he still had another four jobs to complete.

Now i have the trouble of booking another visit to rectify this problem, I'm not happy :mad:
