Lincoln LN6 - So slow, slower than 56k loading pages

I am in Lincoln LN6 on 30MB and pages are taking forever to load and bank is timing out.

Anyone else having problems?

nope, I noticed my connection drop around 2200 last night but i reset the modem and it came back. Everything was fine for what little I did this morning before I went to work (browsing, checking emails etc) but I havent tried doing any intense downloadint today. It all looks good my end though.
