Hey guys.... first post, so i would like to say a hearty hello before i start ranting on :wavey:

Anyway over an hour ago i was on the phone to VM asking about a 100mb upgrade from 50mb... at first the guy told me an engineer was needed to come out - so i told him i already had the SH so i didn't think that was needed.... He checked with his supervisor, came back to me and told me i was correct, and that he could do that now.

I restarted the hub as he told me to, but now i'm not getting any speeds over 100kbs? its so annoying.......

I've read another thread where the person said it was up and running in 20 mins???

....is there something wrong or am i just being impatient?

also :xmas: everyone :)

Test you speed here and post the result.

The upgrade is normally pretty quick

I'm on 100mb and not getting more than 1mb download at the moment must be a problem somewhere.

how are you testing it? if it from speedtest sites ther enot alway accurate

i would suggest try using a linux iso torrent and report what transfer speed is you get that will be more accurate
