Hi folks,

My BB went down last week. CS sent out a new modem but instead of sending a superhub, they sent out the wrong device.

On Saturday, I was advised a new Superhub would be sent out immediately. So far, nothing.

Anyone know how long delivery normally takes?

Regards,
G

It should take no longer then a couple of days in my experience.

It's 3 working days as standard - so if ordered Saturday it'll turn up tomorrow

Call me impatient, but I fortunately called HDL couriers with the reference number CS gave me. They had the package but didn't have a recipient address. I had to phone CS and ask them to call HDL with my address details. CS were pretty good in all fairness and my superhub is again en-route. Hopefully have it tomorrow....

Well why do they keep sending out replacement modems instead of actually doing their jobs in the first place, a sticking plaster cannot fix an ulcer.
