Yup the webcache works, but I want to know why it is not working? I have no time for the stupid Indian call centres!

Probably too late for this thread, but I use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ for my initial checks if I can't connect to a particular website (after a recommendation from a mod if I remember correctly).

I am having access issues to coop bank and smile (part of the same crowd i think). Seems to be a VM issue as OK with other ISP's. Even with my VM neighbours its hit and miss. Looks just like what others have experienced above so followed their advice and it works (but slooooooooooow).

I entered the proxy in to the browser settings, but should we have to? Its slow for sure!

I havent called india on this, i didnt want to spend hours (as I have in the past) being told to uninstall this and that and then be told I have a virus as they cant find anything else wrong so it must be that!!!!

I think Pakers.co.uk is likewise affected, ok with the proxy in....
