Can't play or do anything on my net with any speed


i been playing BF3 since release and only 3 days ago i've had internet speed problems its 1.21am now i should be able to play it perfectly....

Seems i cant do anything been trying to play bf3 and im usually quiet good and i just lag all the time now

it isn't your download speed which is the problem because you only need a couple of hundred k and not mbits, it is the ping and jitter which suck ass.

On my iPad2 I can't see any levels posted .. Another fail for this piece of crap apple device :td:

without checking to make sure I am 100% correct; your downstream power should be as close to 0 as possible but it normally works fine +/- 6. SNR should be 37+, mine is currently at 38. Upstream snr should be 47+, mine is 48 and I think up to 52 is good.

Quite annoyingly atm I have just noticed my downstream power creeping up to 4.5 and it has always been 2.something. Not good.

Currently on my s2 and can't view it at all

Just sucks I work hard all afternoon and get in Kate at 1am I except no lag what so ever there's no throttling as its hardly used at all during the day just annoying me! Hate slow internet

thats a better ping, just done a test and my ping is 29.

I would guess based on those speedtests that your area has some issues with a high contention ratio (some people torrenting a lot :P).

My only advice is to call Virgin Media and complain, but from what I've seen, if you're unlucky enough to have this issue it doesn't seem overly likely that it'll get resolved.
