Max cable run from omni box

I'm thinking of having all vm sevices installed, can anyone tell me is there a maximum cable length that can be run from the omni box. My main tv, telephone and broadband positions are 12mts from my omni box position (most direct route).

Given that standard ethernet cable can have lengths of 100m, 12 meters is nothing for phone tv and broadband cable connections. Realistically there are not going to be any limitations in a normal sized property.
