Ok. So last few days my broadband was havin probs. Comin on few hours. goin off few hours ect ect. My neighbour was havin the same prob.

So I decided to ring vm. They booked a engineer for me.

But now I think the broadband is working now. Broadband has bin working all day.

When I ring 150 it tells me that I hav engineer comin on a certain day and time. It also asks If I want cancel it or not.

Last time I got told not to cancel engineer unless you wont be in as although the problem may appear to have gone, there may be another issue that is causing it. They will not charge if something is not found to be wrong, only if you are not there and you have not cancelled.

I think that is pretty fair to be honest.

This guy has real issues, how many times have you been told no VM won't charge for you having a repull, fault call, cancelling any of those.

If you have a problem with a thread/post and it breaks the rules then report it. If you have a problem with a thread/post and it doesn't break the rules then either leave the thread or put the poster on ignore.

Now back on topic please especially as the OP hasn't posted in this thread for 2 days
