Hi, been with VM since 02 (Telewest) never had a problem up until now, my connection constantly drops out every 20 minutes or so and can only reconnect by rebooting the modem.
As you can guess not very enjoyable.

you should remove your mac address from the top dude.

Other than that your power levels look okay. You can persevere and see if it is an area fault they fix or ring them up and ask for a new modem because yours is ancient and I am sure they'll want to replace it anyway. I don't know whether they still do the ambit 255s but you can't go wrong with them

MAC removed, posting MAC's on the site only helps cloners and will never help your own issue

Ah didn't realise that, sorry about that.

Phoned them up two to three times apparently no problems in my area and keep saying there is nothing wrong with my modem etc. Apparently it's my fault for using a Belkin router (Which I've been using for 2+ years) which is not 'compatible' with the router.

Tried to charge me 60 for a new modem and router and refused since I pay the bill why should I pay for a new anything. They ended up giving in and have a new modem coming Monday or Tuesday, hopefully that sorts something.
