I've posted a message on the VM Help & Support Forum but I know they take a while to respond and was hoping one of the regular VM staffers on here could raise this issue at their end.

When I open Chrome, I get an error message on the VM homepage stating that they are currently experiencing difficulties and their technicians are looking into it. However if I open Internet Explorer 9, the page works fine.

I have no issues with my actual service, it's clearly just some sort of incompatibility issue with the VM homepage and Chrome.

I know they previously had issues with IE9 as I couldn't access e-billing using that browser and therefore switched to Chrome, now it seems to have gone the other way.

Grateful if anyone else could post if they have noticed this issue with Chrome and also as above, appreciate any staffers raising this issue at VM's end.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated.

In light of these, I've just re-installed Chrome and everything appears too be fine now so not sure what happened there as I had the same version installed as prodgers.

Oh well, sorted now, thanks.

I've seen those error messages on and off in the past. I think they are what they say - a temporary problem. Maybe a wobbly extension ram pack in the ZX81 the site appears to run on?

Just a thought maybe Chrome cached an out of date page?
