Intermittent outage - PE1 area

Just been advised there are network connection problems in the PE1 area.
I'm currently without internet connection for one hour (previously had a 15min outage) and this also affects the functionality of the TiVo box.

There's been problems previously in June which have resurrected. This current error was apparently reported 25th August and is supposed to be scheduled for repair by 9am 01st Sept

Sounds like SNR or FEC issues with that quoted date for resolution.

Just make sure you have officially reported your fault so you can claim a refund for the outage.

You only need to call once to begin with, make a note of the fault ref. Once fixed call customer care on 150 and you will be credited.
