I got upgraded to 100mb on Monday, but the installer couldn't access a pc to do a speed test. I'm not convinced it's set up right but maybe I just have high expectations!

This shows the last few tests ran using www.speedtest.net

This shows the speed I get downloading from VM:

I think I should be getting closer to 9MB/s combined?

Here are my settings from the superhub - I don't know what they mean but I know they sometimes help!

So should I be trying to get an engineer back out, or should I stop complaining about 6MB/s?! :-)

Speedtest.net seems to broken for me.

I tried London and someother server and got very low results around 12 to 14 meg. Testing download from a newsgroup showed full speed of 33meg.

Very strange!

I did call VM and they said my region was only using 20% capacity! I'll keep an eye on it and see what happens.

I used to pay a lots each month until I realised by checking with speedtest that in my area the speed would never get to what i was paying for.
Good tool.

Pfft, rubbish. A single person (i.e. you) uses up 50% of it's capacity.
