Afternoon all

I'm in CV11 and getting disconnections three or four times a day which necessitates rebooting the CM.

Anyone else having a problem?

Checked with CS and apparently no problems in my area.

Checked the levels against the sticky post and all seem OK.

Just as a matter of interest, is it absolutely necessary to connect the PC direct to the CM to perform diagnostics?

Its not, but to save confusing some agents when customers have set things like static IPs etc, its simpler to do and it rules out the Router. It's also that they don't support third party devices.
