We applied online last Friday for an upgrade to the 50mbps service, its now Tuesday and no call, we did get an instant email but pfft.
Has anybody else had a lack of response problem, I have had the 10mbps for a few years and never needed to contact them.
PS, I dont need to reboot anything, the message did go through and all my computers are fine ;)
