Webcam broadcasting and Virgin Cable Router

I am assisting a friend who is a Virgin Cable customer to set up webcam broadcasting using this http://www.camstreams.com/

I think the router firewall is stopping the incoming signal, so I need to add Camstreams to the exceptions list. The laptop was working wirelessly when we first tried, but we've connected by lead to rule out any problems there.

if you are using the superhub the easiest thing to do is disable the firewall on it. Failing that have a look at the FAQ in the user area (I can't get into it without signing up) and see if it mentions a port you need to open in your firewall/NAT on your router
