cant stream BBC or TV catchup for more than 15 seconds

Any settings on my fresh win7 install that can cause this.

Installed 32 and 64 bit FLash

Have you got the correct ethernet/wireless drivers installed instead of the generic ones Windows installs?

I suspect about half the country is trying to watch iPlayer now..

Well, maybe not half, but I suspect the iPlayer servers are under a lot of strain, which would explain the buffering.
