Not because of the actual speed of the service - it's excellent.
No i'm unhappy because
A) for some reason Virgin have decided that me wanting to go from 10meg to 50meg warrants me needing to sign a new 12 month contract for internet, phone and TV! [But when I went from 20meg to 10meg I didn't need to?!]
B) they're charging me £5 more than a new customer would get!
I've been with this company since NTL dial-up. So much for customer loyalty!
So i've decided to cancel and go back to 10meg
i'm then gonna go back to sky for the TV (hate V+) and keep virgin net and phone.
Anyone here had to sign a new contract to add some channels or up their speed???
