Im on 30Mb Superhub, turning off the firewall etc (usual S'hub tweaks) has made no difference. whats cauing that packet loss???

The device at 10.42.56.1 doesn't want to answer your pings. Simples. It's forwarding them as requested else you wouldn't be posting this.

So its just just the S'hub it'self forwarding the pings and nothing to worry about?

10.42.56.1 is a Cisco router, looks as though it's configured to not respond. It's forwarding the pings on ok though when wired. Wireless not so hot but then you are using the Superhub.

So10.42.56.1 isnt the superhub? I just cant think what it could be (im nosey....and learning lol)

Nah when you are connecting via the Superhub you don't see it on traceroutes. It's the router your Superhub is connecting to.
