At the moment I am on XL BB have 2 routers (both wifi)

A Buffalo that connects to the cable modem router and another DLink that is hardwired to the Buffalo and acts as a wifi access point and router -with the the Buffalo one being a DHCP server

I want to upgrade to 50MB so will get this SuperHub modem/router - can I still use my existing network infrtructure at home and connect the 2 routers into the SuperHub without redoing my network design.

Anyone managed to do this, would like to hear how they went about to get it all working.

I would wait until the modem mode has been released for the SuperHub, at which point yes you'll be able to keep your set up as it is

when you say "modem mode released", does that mean I cant do it right now, is is possible to set up a DMZ on the superhub and make my existing network subnet the DMZ with all traffic passed thru to the DMZ ?

Yes, that's the workaround at the moment
