Hi Guys
Just some quick help before i call virgin up
I have had no problems for years but recently my internet keeps dropping out. I can get it back online by pulling the power and rebooting the modem up again...if i leave it it will come back on eventually but rebooting is faster. This is now happening at least once a night...sometimes twice (unsure about day time as never at home)
Strange thing is all my normal lights are still on the modem (power, Ethernet, sync & ready)
If i log into the modem and view the event log i get this:

forgot to mention i checked the virgin server status webpage and everything comes up as good service / no interruptions
