Does anyone know if there was any issues at the Swindon headend this morning ?
Both my Cable modem and Tivo service was out of service, cable modem is having issues authenticating with the UBR but when connected for a short time the power levels where fine.
Phoned customer services, they booked a tech for TUESDAY ?!?!?!, to be honest if it is not settled by the time i get home from work tonight I think its time to move to FTTC.
