I have noticed that the odd occasion that our modem and router are turned off, when they are turned back on it takes around 5 minutes for the line to connect, just get the light on the far left of the modem flashing during this time.

Is this normal? I'm pretty sure it didn't do it before.

I have posted my modem stats in case they are needed.

For Docsis 3 depending on your levels it can take a while to connect.

Your power levels are at the high end and I would suggest getting someone out to lower them, I'm pretty sure that will speed up your retune time.

For me it always connects in ~40 seconds or never. By never I mean it takes anything between 5 minutes and 12 hours, but either way I'm not waiting around that long. Restarting it should make it connect at normal speed.
