Last post about this turned out to be network card drivers ..

On the latest drivers last updated 22/06/2011. I Guess it could be a capacity issue in my area

Ping is too low for it to be capacity issues, and at 11am that'd be shocking.

Disabled all the gacky settings in the Superhub?

No QoS going on anywhere in your network?

Try the Paris server, that seems to be decent at all times

Ring 100meg support and have them check the upstream utilisation. I get only 2-3meg at this time of night thanks to 99% upstream utilisation (traffic management for the torrenter's must be broken).

Not sure if this bears any relevance but this might be in a issue somewhere in the system that dislikes the Superhub. Excuse me for being a bit vague but the tec terminology i don't understand.

I mention this as i am on 50meg and had the VMNG300 modem and had 5meg upload but this dropped to 2.4meg at best with the Superhub so i reverted back to the VMNG300 to get 5meg again.

It seems that some people are suffering an approximate 50% loss in upload speed with the Superhub.
