Just had my 100mb installed this morning, however the speeds hover between 40mb to 60mb.

The super hub has a solid and reliable wireless connection though so can't complain.

Does it take a while for the line to 'settle'?

Thanks in advance

Jack

Sorry mate, both :D

I wouldn't go off a Speedtest site for speed testing, have you used newsgroups ? or torrents before ?

You can download some popular legal ISO's from torrrents for a good test ..

Power levels are well within limits ..

Try and download http://www.slackware.com/getslack/torrents.php one of the torrents here, give a few a go (one at a time) and give them a few minutes to pick up.. larger files are better.

It will give you a better idea of your speed. I get between 60 and 80 from speed tests but download at 11.5MB/s from these torrents.

A bit ironic, since some people claim speedtests are prioritized and torrents are shaped/throttled.

I'm giving advise based off my own experience ..

Maybe torrents are shaped ? I get full speed all the time though..

Speedtest sites have always been briefed to the agents as a no no.
