Rang VM BB support about the following problem this morning. http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/35270913-post12.html

What a complete joke call was answered on the worst crackly line ever to someone at the other side of the world who couldn't hear me and I had a job to hear him , hung up and tried again only to have the exact same issue  what's the point of connecting your call abroad when the lines are that bad. We have no issues with the phone when making calls to anyone else.

A one off problem - call again. In all the instances I have talked to VM offshore, the call has been so clear it was hard to imagine they were a few thousand miles away.

I have to agree. The combination of poor line quality and accent difference between caller and agent can be very frustrating. Also the foreign agents seem to follow a ridiculous standard patter. All combine to increase frustration. I no longer put up with it and straight away I request that I be put through to a UK agent.
